Held in my healing room, a one on one Intuitive Angel Crystal Reiki/Energy Healing with me, Leanne, is a wonderful therapy bringing together the healing energy of the Archangels & Angels in conjunction with the healing energy of Crystals & traditional Reiki, enhanced with essential oils & the added bonus of Sound Therapy in the way of Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes & more, to bring a dynamic difference in the way our mind & body feels, it’s a wonderful & relaxing, non-intrusive technique which allows the body to heal itself.
Singing Bowls cause the brain to switch to Theta brainwave frequencies that heighten one’s intuition, clarity of mind, as well as deep meditative and peaceful states. This positively affects our nervous system and engages our relaxation reflex while also inhibiting the pain or stress response. When this alignment occurs, health and healing all come into balance, creating deep harmony within and without. This can easily lead to spontaneous healing.
This combination is generally 40 minutes Reiki/Energy Healing & 20 minutes Sound Therapy.
